1. Use of Services

Our services are intended for professional use by individuals or businesses. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and not to engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

2. Service Agreements

Engagements for web development, digital marketing, virtual assistance, IT consulting, or call center services are governed by individual service agreements or contracts. All deliverables, timelines, pricing, and responsibilities will be defined in the respective agreement.

3. Payment Terms

Clients are required to make payments as per the terms mentioned in the invoice or service agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges or suspension of services.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, code, and deliverables created by EPMA Global Services LLC during the course of the service remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon settlement, ownership is transferred as per the agreement.

5. Confidentiality

We respect your confidentiality. Any sensitive information shared during the course of service will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for project execution.

6. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services with prior notice. We also reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for service delivery. Delays in communication or approvals may affect project timelines and outcomes.

8. Liability Limitation

EPMA Global Services LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to data loss or business interruption.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice as defined in the service agreement. Upon termination, outstanding dues must be settled, and work completed up to that point will be delivered.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of US.
